Chris is great and was a really big help throughout our 6 MONTH ESCROW. I first ran into Chris at a showing at a VA community and he was really friendly and helpful. We didn't get that property, but Chris helped us navigate escrow for another property that needed fixes. Once the loan part was locked in, chris' persistence with the contractors to get the fixes done on time helped us close on time, avoiding additional loan extensions.
