Chris is great and was a really big help throughout our 6 MONTH ESCROW. I first ran into Chris at a showing at a VA community and he was really friendly and helpful. We didn't get that property, but Chris helped us navigate escrow for another property that needed fixes. Once the loan part was locked in, chris' persistence with the contractors to get the fixes done on time helped us close on time, avoiding additional loan extensions. Besides being persistent he was always honest with us. Thanks Chris from the bottom of our hearts!

All their efforts paid off since we were on the market for only one week.
At the same time they were assisting us in discovering the replacement properties. Natasha went above and beyond in helping us to find what we are looking for. She was putting a lot of hours in searching for places, setting up showings, writing offers, and negotiating with Chris’s assistance.
Natasha set us up with Coming Soon email notifications for properties that would come up on the market. A second after we saw a coming soon property, we asked her to schedule a showing for the day when it will go on the market. What Chris did instead was remarkable. He asked the seller’s agent to show us within an hour the same day they listed for the coming soon. That proactive action helped us to reserve the property before anyone could see it.
Ana was very helpful during the all escrow processes while corresponding with other parties regarding different matters.
You rarely meet people that absolutely care about their clients. The Cardoza Group does. Even on the day of key exchange, Natasha had to drive very far to pick up keys from the seller’s agent and bring it back to the property. Chris went above and beyond in dealing with home warranty to make sure we are fairly compensated for the appliance issue we identified two days after we moved in. He prioritized our issue in his busy schedule and dedicated significant amount of time and effort to resolve it successfully. We were deeply touched when he delivered good news.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!! I went to the Cardoza group after an agent I was working with left me feeling unheard and not represented properly. I met Chris at an open house when I was with a previous agent and his positive energy stayed with us. From the moment we started working together until the receipt of our keys the team was nothing short of exceptional! Parvaneh was our agent and she was so communicative and made sure to walk us through each step! And of course Chris made sure it was smooth sailing behind the scenes. I'm so thankful for the Cardoza group and they will absolutely earn my business and referrals time and time again.
I don't even know where to begin... Chris and his team had gone above and beyond for our family. Chris has been amazing from start to finish. I was really hesitant on selling my condo and purchasing a new home. Chris and his amazing marketing managed to sell my property at a higher price than all the other properties in the neighborhood. I am really happy I trusted Chris because I sold my property and are now in a nicer location with more square footage.
